Bucheon St. Mary's Hospital at the Catholic University of Korea is a place where you get not only health, but also happiness. Our hospital has played a leading role in providing better patient care by the opening in 1958. First of all, the hospital specialized on cerebral and vascular surgery, named also endovascular surgery and stent angioplasty. Our hospital also was one of the first in Gyeonggi region of Korea that successfully performed the kidney and bone marrow transplantation. The hospital received national certification of the Republic of Korea in the field of cerebral, vascular surgery, gastric cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, as one of the best in its area and was recognized as one of the most sought-after as a medical institution providing the best patient care and excellent skills of medical personnel with a daily attendance of 3000 patients.

Soon Chun Hyang University Bucheon started to gain attention for achieving the latest hospital environment, since its establishment in 2001 and is capable of leading the healthcare of the 21st century. It currently operates 1,000 beds and is the region's only tertiary hospital, staffed by over 1,600 employees including 300 doctors, 600 nurses and other personnel. The hospital operates 31 departments to provide quick recovery and specialized treatment to patients, and also operates 16 specialized centers and 108 clinics based on cooperation and effective treatments.
