Once you have sent a request:

Your personal account sets automatically
Your account settings send to your e-mail
Your request is processed by medical center within 24-48 hours
You can view the doctor’s recommendations in your personal account, continue contacting medical centers, ask additional info, get news about healthcare promotions, update your personal settings and much more

You can search medical centers by destination, city, procedure, treatment type or other options. So:

to check out medical centers relevant to particular procedure in particular destination choose the procedure and country, then click on the search – you get the full list of medical centers meeting your enquiry
if you know the procedure but have not chosen the destination yet just set appropriate specialty and procedure, then click on the search
to browse medical centers by country or continent click on the destinations, then choose target destination, e.g. Europe or Germany
to compare medical centers by treatment or procedure cost follow the specialties, click on the specialty type, then choose procedure from the list
to view all medical centers click on the medical centers. To change search options you may also use the sidebar

Patients will contact you directly and the number of requests depends on:

the amount of specialties you appear in
how detailed is your medical center’s profile (e.g. setting procedure or treatment prices seriously increase your position in our search results ensuring more requests)
the location of medical center
other factors: info about your medical staff, available services like travel support, interpreter, etc.

For Travel Agencies

Once your personal account have been set you can:

send patient inquiry that will be processed by medical center within 24-48 hours
view the doctor’s recommendations in your personal account
contact medical centers, ask additional info, get news about healthcare promotions, update your personal settings and much more

If your travel agency is a Medical Tourism Facilitator in your region please follow the next steps:

Once the personal account have been set you may:

add a medical center’s profile
set all information about your medical partners (photo and video files, medical staff/doctors’ profile, prices for procedures, new procedure, subspecialty or special treatment type)
edit or update info about the medical center (preview, overview, specialty, procedure, photo and video gallery, certifications, basic info like phone, address and map)
manage user settings
receive patient/affiliates online inquiries
offer travel related services (e.g., flight and hotel bookings, airport pick-up, guide assistance, tours and other non-medical support)
